All submissions are provided to Sprinkolors™ by the designers/creators/Artists/Musicians who are solely responsible for its content and accuracy. Sprinkolors™ will not be responsible for typographical or other errors or omissions regarding prices or other information.

If you are conducting this session on a public computer or are otherwise using a computer to which multiple people have potential access, be sure to follow all relevant instructions to ensure you are sufficiently disconnected and logged off this site and the computer system you are using so as to prevent unauthorized access to your account with Sprinkolors™.

Sprinkolors™ reserves the right to make necessary minor adjustments or changes to submitted designs in order to conform artwork to manufacturing requirements. Sprinkolors™ also reserves the right to make any other final decisions pertaining to a design's ink colors, sizing, placement, or embroidery. By agreeing to such terms, you grant to Sprinkolors™ a worldwide, exclusive, irrevocable, royalty free License to have manufactured, sell, use, commercialize, modify, re-design, alter, sub-license the designs submitted.

By making a submission at Sprinkolors™, you agree to assign all copyright associated with your submission  in favour of Sprinkolors™. By submitting any word, combination of words, symbol, slogan, photographic image, graphic design or any other type of design (collectively referred to as “the Design”) for consideration in Sprinkolors™, you represent and warrant to Sprinkolors™ that the Design is original and free and clear of any impediment and is not subject to any third-party agreements or arrangements that would interfere with their use by Sprinkolors™ in any manner whatsoever; that the Design is not slanderous, obscene, lifted and does not plagiarize; and that the exercise of rights herein granted will not infringe upon any copyright, right of privacy or any other rights, including but not limited to Intellectual Property Rights, whatsoever of any third party. You shall indemnify and hold Sprinkolors™ harmless and shall cover Sprinkolors™ for all costs and expenses (including any fee's spent by Sprinkolors™) in the event of a breach of any of the foregoing warranties or representations, or the terms of Service as contained herein and as modified from time to time at the sole discretion of Sprinkolors™. These warranties and representations do not extend to any material not provided by you.

You acknowledge that Sprinkolors™ reserves the right to Turn down a submission for any reason whatsoever.

If your Design is selected, you shall not use the Design (or derivatives of the Design) or allow others to use the Design (or derivatives of the Design) on any Items or products unless expressly authorized by Sprinkolors™ in priority and in writing. In addition, by submitting your Design to Sprinkolors™, you may not reproduce, sell, or submit the Design to others for any commercial purpose for ninety (90) days after the date of submission. Post submission and upon the expiry Once the of the ninety (90) days period is over, have passed, if your Design is not chosen for print by Sprinkolors™, you are free to use the Design for any commercial or non-commercial purpose. However if your design is used elsewhere, for any purpose whatsoever, you must notify Sprinkolors™ by email at the e-mail address sprinkinfo@Sprinkolors.com so that it can be removed from Sprinkolors™ website. Sprinkolors™ reserves the right to choose your design after the ninety (90) days have expired passed, on the condition that the design has not been used for commercial purposes (by any third party) on any Items, as described hereinabove.

Sprinkolors™ can use any submission on Sprinkolors.com for any type of marketing, branding or commercialization purpose without informing you in advance. Without limiting other remedies available to it, Sprinkolors™ may at its sole discretion remove any submission from publication and/or dissemination if it thinks that the submission is creating problems, possible legal liabilities, or is inconsistent with the letter or spirit of Sprinkolors’s internal policies, including but not limited to poor design.

Participants, who in the sole opinion of Sprinkolors™, do not comply with these  Legal Terms and Conditions, or for any other reason, can at any time be excluded from consideration without prior notice.

The copyright in all original material provided on this website is held by Sprinkolors™, and/or by the original creator of the material. Except as stated below, none of the material may be reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted, transmitted or copied in any form or by any means, without the prior written permission of Sprinkolors™, and/or the copyright owner. Permission is granted to display, copy, distribute and download the materials on this site solely for personal, non-commercial use provided that you make no modifications to the materials and that all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the materials are retained. User agrees and acknowledges that User shall be solely responsible for User's conduct and that SPRINKOLORS™ reserves the right to terminate your rights to use the service immediately, notwithstanding penal provisions under the Indian cyber laws or any other allied laws enacted by the government of India or any other statutory, legislative or regulatory authority authorized in this regard from time to time. In no event shall SPRINKOLORS™, its affiliates, employees, agents, consultants, contracted companies be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages or for any damages whatsoever including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the SPRINKOLORS™ sites/services for interrupted communications, delay, lost data or lost profits arising out of or in connection with this agreement.

SPRINKOLORS™ therefore neither endorses nor offers any judgment or warranty and accepts no responsibility or liability for the authenticity/availability of any of the goods/services/or for any damage, loss or harm, direct or consequential or any violation of local or international laws that may be incurred by your visit and/or transaction/s on these sites.

SPRINKOLORS™ shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods by the vendors, trade organization/s, manufacturers / shop etc. (vendors), due to flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond the control of SPRINKOLORS™.

SPRINKOLORS™ shall only provide replacement and/or manufacturer’s warranty in case of SPRINKOLORS™ branded goods which will vary from goods to goods.

All prices, unless indicated otherwise are in Indian Rupees. The availability of products is subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of SPRINKOLORS™ and orders can be cancelled if the product goes out of stock. SPRINKOLORS™ reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price which may be higher or lower than published. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been levied via credit card or cheque or otherwise. In the event the payment has been processed by SPRINKOLORS™ the refund amount shall be credited to your credit card account and duly notified to you by email or sent by cheque.

In a credit/debit card transaction, you must use a credit /debit card that is issued in the name of the User. SPRINKOLORS™ will not be liable for any credit/debit card fraud because of the card being used fraudulently. The liability to use a credit/debit card or a net banking transaction fraudulently will be on the User and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the User. Any request for cancellation of orders once duly placed on the site, shall not be entertained.
